Lead Paramedic & Clinical Educator

What you will do

• Manage on-site EMS operations, coverage planning, readiness activities, records, and operational coordination.
• Act as the senior paramedic resource for EMTs and paramedics, providing clinical mentorship and protocol oversight.
• Develop and deliver skills training, simulation exercises, continuing education, drills, and competency assessments.
• Support clinical quality improvement through case reviews, after-action reviews, training-gap analysis, and protocol updates.
• Provide advanced emergency care, including IV and IO access, blood draws, intubation, medication administration, and 12-lead ECG interpretation.
• Maintain training records, certification tracking, inventory readiness, patient documentation, and cross-functional support across clinical units.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted Paramedic license and recognized paramedic certification.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications, plus an advanced trauma course such as PHTLS, ITLS, TCCC, or equivalent.
• At least three years of paramedic experience and demonstrated EMS instruction, field training, or clinical education experience.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency with a valid passport.
• Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet deployment-related medical and physical requirements.

Nice to have

• Paramedic experience in remote, military, international, or complex operational healthcare environments.
• Current security clearance.
