Salary: $164,000–$305,900 annual base pay

What you will do

• Provide Medical Affairs and scientific leadership for electrophysiology products, software-enabled technologies, and clinical workflows.
• Partner with R&D, Clinical Research, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Compliance, Marketing, Commercial, and Professional Education teams.
• Lead the review and interpretation of clinical, preclinical, real-world, and product performance data.
• Shape evidence-generation strategies, clinical studies, registries, publications, regulatory submissions, and lifecycle activities.
• Review scientific, educational, promotional, training, and regulatory materials for accuracy, substantiation, fair balance, and compliance.
• Support physician education, launch readiness, risk management, safety monitoring, and product performance improvement.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience, including at least 3 years in Medical Affairs.
• Required cardiovascular therapeutic experience and experience interpreting complex clinical, scientific, technical, or product performance data.
• Strong knowledge of medical device development, clinical evidence, claims substantiation, scientific review, and compliant communications.
• Working knowledge of FDA, MDR, Good Documentation Practices, promotional review, and fair-balance requirements.
• Ability to lead and influence stakeholders in a multidisciplinary global matrix environment.

• Experience with electrophysiology devices and technologies.
• Experience in evidence generation, publication strategy, scientific communications, or medical education.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
