Critical Care Paramedic

Salary: USD 10,000–12,600 per month

What you will do

• Deliver advanced life support and critical care during emergency responses and inter-facility transports.
• Assess, stabilize, and manage critically ill or injured patients using advanced airway management, cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and resuscitative techniques.
• Operate ventilators, infusion pumps, cardiac monitors, and 12-lead ECG equipment.
• Coordinate continuity of care with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation, manage equipment and supplies, and participate in clinical training and competency activities.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted Paramedic license.
• Current CCP-C or FP-C certification.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and advanced trauma certification such as PHTLS, ITLS, or TCCC.
• Recent high-acuity paramedic or critical care transport experience.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency and a valid passport required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet pre-deployment physical requirements.

• Experience supporting military, government, or international healthcare operations.
