Sr Specialist Clinical Solutions

Location: St. Louis, Missouri. The role requires work in office settings and medical facilities, travel by air or automobile up to 75% within and outside the state, and occasional non-traditional hours for in-services.

Salary: $92,000–$138,000 annually, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Provide clinical support to customers and the salesforce for clinical products and services.
• Support customer expansion, business retention, product conversions, and implementations at local, national, and corporate account levels.
• Review accounts and recommend onsite educational programs, workshops, classes, presentations, and product training.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews, quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical observations, and utilization reviews.
• Identify standardization opportunities, clinical practice adjustments, and process improvements using customer and end-user insight.
• Participate in product development and professional organizations, including national, regional, and local industry events.

Requirements

• At least five years of clinical experience in the operating room.
• Experience developing and delivering clinical presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions and drive improvements.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and schedule effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Availability to travel up to 75% and work in office and medical-facility environments, including occasional weekends or multiple shifts.

Nice to have

• Cross-functional experience in the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, Sterile Processing, Supply Chain, or Labor & Delivery.
