Location: Iraq; U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status with a valid passport required.
Compensation: USD 9,000–12,000 per month

What you will do
- Deliver advanced emergency assessment, stabilization, and treatment for urgent and emergent patient presentations.
- Perform vascular access, airway management, cardiac monitoring, 12-lead ECG interpretation, medication administration, and emergency stabilization within scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, EMTs, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams across emergency, clinic, and inpatient settings.
- Document vital signs, medical histories, patient care, and electronic medical records accurately.
- Support care-area readiness, clinical workflow coordination, and patient support activities.
- Provide guidance to EMT team members and contribute to coordinated patient care.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted Paramedic license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications, plus advanced trauma certification such as PHTLS, ITLS, or TCCC.
- Graduation from a recognized Paramedic training program.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity emergency care environments.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport.
- Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet deployment-related medical and physical requirements.
