Senior Actuarial Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote within the Continental U.S. (Remote-FL)

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year

What you will do

• Apply mathematics, probability, statistics, finance, and business principles to calculate financial outcomes.
• Develop trends, baseline targets, reports, and financial analyses from healthcare and vendor data.
• Analyze vendor fees, shared savings arrangements, risk structures, and capitation contracts.
• Build and maintain Value-Based Care financial models.
• Analyze claims, vendor performance, and healthcare datasets using SQL, SAS, Python, Snowflake, and Teradata.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendor partners, and cross-functional teams while escalating data discrepancies and analytical findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Actuarial experience and successful completion of actuarial exams meeting the Rule of 5.
• Healthcare experience, including claims analysis and healthcare datasets, is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work remotely within the Continental U.S.
