Senior Manager, Patient Affordability Analytics

Location: United States; NYHQ or another hirify.global site in the United States. Hybrid work requires onsite attendance 2 to 3 days per week. Travel may be required based on business needs. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required.

Annual base salary: $124,400–$207,400, plus a 17.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Support patient affordability strategy and decision-making through data-driven analytics and insights.
• Model the impact of copay and affordability rule changes on program costs, patient access, and net sales.
• Develop operating expense and Gross-to-Net forecasting models for budgeting and planning.
• Analyze claims and longitudinal patient data to identify program performance issues and opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards and metrics for consistent visibility into affordability program health.
• Partner with copay vendors and cross-functional teams on data quality, compliance, and ad hoc analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in copay, affordability, patient support services, or access and reimbursement analytics.
• Experience analyzing copay claims and longitudinal patient data from sources such as IQVIA, CoverMyMeds, Relay Health, LAAD, copay, or eVoucher datasets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Understanding of accumulators, maximizers, alternative funding plans, copay program design, and Gross-to-Net performance.
• Strong business judgment, communication, presentation, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, R, or similar query tools.
• Experience developing new analytical approaches in ambiguous or previously unexplored problem areas.
