Senior Analytics & Reporting Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote role associated with Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $61,500–$136,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs.
• Produce datasets and reports using SQL, Excel, SAS, Teradata, and other reporting tools.
• Analyze complex business problems using internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and relevant influences.
• Consult with users and collaborate with cross-functional and divisional data teams.
• Verify report accuracy and provide actionable insights to decision-makers.
• Build PowerPoint presentations and present findings to stakeholders at different levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience in data analysis and information reporting, or 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Teradata, Excel, and other reporting tools or languages.
• Ability to work with internal and external data and manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to solve routine and complex problems using standard procedures and appropriate guidance.
• Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office knowledge.

• Familiarity with Quest systems.
• Knowledge or experience with Managed Care Organizations.
• Background in mathematics, economics, or statistics.
