Growth Activation and Operations Specialist

Location: Remote within the United States; employees are not hired from U.S. territories or Alaska, Hawaii, California, Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New York, Connecticut, Vermont, Pennsylvania, or Maine.

Salary: $86,735–$109,725 USD target hiring range; maximum current salary of $122,265 USD.

What you will do

• Coordinate field activations, partnership activities, sponsorship programs, sales support efforts, and other market-facing initiatives.
• Manage partner communication, creative delivery, marketing materials, activation needs, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
• Plan and support conferences, fairs, sales meetings, virtual events, hospitality activities, and partner activations.
• Coordinate vendors and fulfillment partners for promotional items, branded materials, signage, giveaways, and shipments.
• Track partner commitments, sponsorship assets, event needs, marketing deliverables, budgets, and operational progress.
• Develop messaging, training materials, policies, updates, recaps, and recommendations while supporting sales planning and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, health care administration, sport management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• Two to five years of experience in sales support, marketing, event coordination, partnership support, sponsorship activation, operations support, or related work.
• Experience coordinating events, campaigns, partner activities, vendor requests, marketing materials, or sales support activities.
• Strong organization, follow-up, communication, teamwork, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Home office must have non-cellular high-speed internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, latency below 80 ms, and a dedicated space protecting PHI/HIPAA information. Hotspots, satellite, and wireless internet are not allowed.

Nice to have

• Experience in health care, insurance, federal employee benefits, sports partnerships, community partnerships, brand sponsorships, sales partnerships, or member engagement.
• Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Workfront, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
