Manager EV Fleet Operations (Electric Vehicles)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA; hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one day remote

What you will do

• Support electric vehicle and emerging fleet technology strategies across the organization.
• Own electric vehicle uptime, availability, reliability management, and continuous improvement plans.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for electric and ICE vehicle operations.
• Coordinate with site personnel, contractors, engineers, truck and charger OEMs, and infrastructure partners to improve vehicle performance.
• Lead OEM escalations, corrective actions, technical fixes, retrofit campaigns, and warranty value initiatives.
• Integrate EV assets into workflows, systems, maintenance routines, troubleshooting documentation, and technician readiness programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of program management experience; 5 years preferred.
• Experience with fleet operations or electric vehicles is preferred.
• Experience implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Basic understanding of business finance, metrics, and vehicle development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
