Direct Install Program Manager (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote - Texas

Salary: $100,000+ per year, plus performance incentive

What you will do

• Direct Direct Install programs from inception through completion, owning implementation, costs, and performance.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, national accounts, analytics, business development, and utility stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Manage measure eligibility, utility approvals, customer and site requirements, contracts, budgets, work statements, and financial terms.
• Coordinate schedules, site access, materials, and installation activities with operations and national accounts.
• Lead customer program reviews covering cost, schedule, and performance while developing new business opportunities.
• Drive process improvements, resolve delivery issues, and improve program scalability, profitability, and viability.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience managing complex, high-risk programs involving new clients, products, or multi-region delivery.
• Working knowledge of utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs and direct install measures.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams of 7–15 people and proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• MBA, including recent graduation.
• Direct experience with utility clients and energy efficiency program implementation.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial energy efficiency technologies and measures.
• Experience supporting multi-region program delivery and operations.
