Senior Director, Global End to End Supply Chain Americas (MedTech)

Salary: $178,000–$307,050 annual base pay

What you will do

• Define and execute the Americas end-to-end supply chain strategy for the Electrophysiology and Neurovascular businesses.
• Lead regional service performance, Integrated Business Planning, S&OP/S&OE, demand planning, value stream management, and in-market execution.
• Own global demand consolidation and improve forecasting, inventory utilization, service, cost, cash flow, and customer experience.
• Partner with US, LATAM, and Canada Commercial leadership on growth, launch readiness, deal enablement, portfolio management, and demand agility.
• Coordinate Planning, Customer Service, Digital & Technology, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance stakeholders.
• Build and lead a high-performing planning and supply chain organization, including succession planning, talent development, training, and digitalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 12+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including senior leadership roles, and 10+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Experience leading regional or global supply chain organizations in highly matrixed environments.
• Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory, logistics, customer service, financial decision-making, and cross-functional transformation.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with Quality and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance and customer outcomes.

Nice to have

• APICS or IBF certification.
• PMP, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience leading digital supply chain and ERP/OMP deployments.
• Master’s degree or MBA.
