Manager, Trade Emerging Markets (Healthcare)

Location: Remote with management approval based on business requirements, or onsite at the San Diego headquarters or another company location. Regular collaboration with employees, clients, vendors, and stakeholders is required. Domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $115,142–$161,200–$207,257 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate Trade Relations activities during market events affecting pricing, reporting, rebate payments, formulary strategy, client communications, and downstream processes.
• Support management and execution of Trade Emerging Market products and strategies by tracking milestones, decisions, dependencies, and implementation activities.
• Evaluate and communicate operational, financial, reporting, rebate, and formulary impacts of market developments and product strategies.
• Monitor market-event inputs, document assumptions and decisions, and maintain action items, communication templates, trackers, and escalation paths.
• Identify risks, dependencies, timing considerations, and downstream impacts; escalate issues and support resolution planning.
• Prepare status updates and impact documentation for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders while managing assigned staff.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of subject-matter expertise; 3 years of subject-matter experience preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, or qualifying internal hirify.global experience with leadership training and mentorship.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management, pharmaceutical manufacturers, rebates, pricing, formularies, market access, and emerging-market products.
• Strong coordination, analytical, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with reporting tools, data extracts, SQL, Access, Salesforce, or workflow and database applications is preferred.
