What you will do
- Lead text analytics, speech, and social implementations and program enhancements.
- Design and manage client solutions, including systems integrations for different types of text data.
- Create strategic program roadmaps aligned with client business goals and drive product enhancements to data analysis.
- Manage project plans and coordinate execution across internal teams.
- Own relationships with client stakeholders across multiple organizational levels and functions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, mentor Client Services colleagues, and contribute to best practices and toolkits.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in customer relationship management, strategic program management, consulting, sales or business development, account management, or project management in a B2B environment.
- At least 2 years of experience managing relationships with customers at multiple organizational levels.
- BA/BS degree with technical experience or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage detailed work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Nice to have
- Native or near-native fluency in French or German.
- Experience in software, hospitality, financial services, automotive, B2B, or retail.
- Advanced degree, PMP certification, or a background in linguistics or a language-related field.
- Experience with JavaScript, XML, or RegEx.
