Senior Consultant (Marketing Transformation)

Location: London, United Kingdom; flexible hybrid working with three days per week expected in the office. Core working hours are 10am–4pm.

What you will do

• Own discrete workstreams within marketing transformation projects and direct junior team members where required.
• Support operating model design, organisational design, change management, capability building, process mapping, employee experience and AI-enabled marketing transformation.
• Structure analysis, develop hypotheses and recommendations, and produce high-quality client deliverables.
• Build client relationships, lead interviews and workshops, facilitate meetings and maintain project momentum.
• Contribute to strategic pitches, proposals, new business initiatives and opportunities within existing client relationships.
• Support Analysts and Consultants while contributing to knowledge development and thought leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in consulting, client-side strategy, marketing transformation, organisational change or a related field.
• Emerging specialist expertise in one or more marketing transformation disciplines, such as operating model design, organisational design, change management, capability building, employee experience, process design or AI-enabled transformation.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving, synthesis and recommendation development skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performing consulting environment.
• Experience leading client interviews, workshops and meetings, with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of modern marketing organisations, behavioural science, technology, data, process and culture, plus curiosity about AI and its impact on marketing transformation.
