Consultant - R&D Tax

Location: London, UK, with flexibility for up to 100 remote days per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain client relationships throughout the sales and production process.
• Collect claim-related information and liaise with government tax authorities on clients’ behalf.
• Apply technical knowledge of R&D tax and consulting processes.
• Prepare structured claim reports, R&D project descriptions, and supporting justifications.
• Adjust claims based on determined tax liabilities and stay informed about innovation across global sectors.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in consulting or R&D tax.
• Required STEM degree at BSc, MSc, or PhD level.
• Ability to collaborate with teams, align work with client needs, and follow structured methodologies.
• Curiosity, critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in diverse industries such as technology, manufacturing, construction, or food.
