Director, Sales Operations & Enablement

Location: Dallas, TX; hybrid. Care does not currently hire in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Idaho, Maine, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, North Dakota, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming, or Vermont.

Salary: USD 155,000–170,000 yearly, plus a 15% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales enablement strategies for CareBenefits Sales and Account Management teams.
• Lead Sales Support Specialists and Events Managers supporting proposals, opportunity management, sales materials, Salesforce processes, and events.
• Manage internal and external training programs, events, and enablement sessions with business experts and sales leadership.
• Oversee the Customer Advisory Board event, including logistics, agenda, and content development.
• Manage enablement content, tools, and resources to ensure sales teams can access materials when needed.
• Build team culture through onboarding, ongoing management, and talent development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven leadership success and direct or indirect people management experience.
• Experience in the caregiving and/or employee benefits space.
• Experience developing and executing training programs and sales enablement strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and building strong relationships with sales teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
