Senior Engineer II - Development Hardware (PCB)

What you will do

• Design PCB layouts for hardware development tool products.
• Develop high-speed digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics PCBs using Altium Design Software, Siemens Xpedition, or equivalent EDA tools.
• Apply signal integrity, power integrity, thermal analysis, EMI/EMC, safety, RoHS, manufacturability, and testability requirements.
• Maintain PCB, schematic, BOM, product drawing, and assembly quality documentation.
• Generate Gerber outputs, layer stackups, drilling details, and component placement data.
• Coordinate with PCB vendors and contract assembly manufacturers and contribute to component library creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7.5 years of professional PCB layout experience.
• Strong knowledge of signal integrity and PCB thermal analysis.
• Familiarity with a mechanical CAD package such as SOLIDWORKS, Autodesk Fusion, or Inventor.
• Technical research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Chandler, Arizona.

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
