Service Supervisor (Facilities Maintenance)

Location: Flamingo Crossings Village, Winter Garden, Florida, United States. Onsite.

What you will do

• Coordinate, support, and train the property maintenance team while helping ensure timely completion and close-out of work orders.
• Perform and assign preventative maintenance, update maintenance plans, and inspect public areas and resident apartments.
• Support property turn processes and coordinate onsite vendors, including landscaping and snow removal services.
• Help manage vendor relationships, contracts, agreements, invoices, and vendor access to the property.
• Maintain safe, compliant, clean, and organized facilities, equipment, storage areas, tools, and supplies.
• Manage inventory, key control, and maintenance supply orders within the property budget.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in residential facilities maintenance.
• Background as a maintenance or facilities technician and ability to perform work orders consistently.
• Ability to support team performance and operations in partnership with the Service Manager; the role has no direct reports.
• Knowledge of equipment safety, maintenance compliance, and OSHA requirements.
• HVAC certification and CPO certification are preferred where applicable.
