What you will do
- Manage the full interview process, candidate screening, reference checks, and recruitment pipelines.
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new employees across the UK and EU.
- Handle employee records, daily HR administration, and basic payroll and benefits coordination.
- Support employees with questions about policies, leave, and workplace matters.
- Manage offboarding, including exit documentation and asset recovery coordination.
- Ensure local HR compliance with UK employment laws and basic European labor regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Operations.
- Hands-on experience with screening interviews and end-to-end recruitment pipelines.
- Familiarity with UK employment laws and Right to Work processes.
- Knowledge of EU labor standards is beneficial.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
