People Operations Generalist (AI)

What you will do

• Own core people operations for the London team, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees on policies, benefits, pay, and people matters, handling sensitive topics with discretion.
• Support managers with team setup, performance and people issues, and escalation to the broader People team.
• Maintain accurate people data and help operationalize the global HRIS locally.
• Manage UK benefits, time-off communication, employment compliance, vendors, and building management.
• Run the London office experience, local events, and recruiting operations in partnership with the global Talent team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or a People & Talent generalist role, ideally in a fast-growing technology environment.
• Working knowledge of UK employment norms, compliance, and labor environments.
• Ability to work autonomously, identify gaps, and own outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with candidates, employees, and stakeholders.
• Comfort shifting between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Willingness to be a foundational hire and build people processes from the ground up.
