Senior Implementation Manager (PropTech)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; hybrid work with attendance at the hirify.global office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

hirify.global provides an AI-powered SaaS operating system for real estate investing, combining institutional real estate listings, investment data, and execution workflows.

What you will do

• Lead 5–6 concurrent end-to-end SaaS implementations for commercial real estate investors.
• Configure customer accounts and establish product and industry best practices.
• Improve implementation processes to increase speed, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify expansion and growth opportunities within customer accounts after implementation.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to communicate customer feedback and resolve escalations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5–8 years of experience managing end-to-end software implementations, including discovery, complex configurations, and data imports.
• Experience in commercial real estate, proptech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and cross-functional communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, Salesforce, and other SaaS products.
