Implementation Associate (SaaS)

hirify.global provides a SaaS platform and service model for investment accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting.

What you will do

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients onto the Clearwater platform.
• Assess client requirements and coordinate with Clearwater teams to customize implementation solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive client training on the Clearwater platform.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, provide consultancy, and align client goals with project plans.
• Escalate implementation risks and issues to the Project Manager and provide accurate, timely responses to inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including basic formulas and formatting, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with relational database principles and SQL querying.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication, organization, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures.
• Experience in securities or financial markets, including derivatives, alternatives, structured products, or fixed income.
• Project management skills.
