Implementation Consultant (PropTech)

What you will do

• Manage client onboarding from kickoff and discovery through configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Own client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and support adoption after launch.
• Configure objects, fields, calculations, approval workflows, reports, and folder structures based on real estate best practices.
• Translate client-specific acquisition, development, and investment processes into hirify.global Properties workflows.
• Lead requirements sessions and document current-state processes, data sources, and approval chains.
• Coordinate data migration and integrations with client teams and internal engineering, while sharing client insights with product and engineering.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in real estate development or finance, software implementation, solutions consulting, or client onboarding.
• Working knowledge of land acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, development budgets, investment committee approvals, or asset management.
• Experience configuring SaaS platforms such as CRM, deal management, or project management systems.
• Strong project management, risk identification, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Clear communication with audiences ranging from analysts to executives.
• Consultative approach with the ability to apply best practices and challenge requests when appropriate.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate, homebuilding, or proptech.
• Comfort with structured data, formulas, or light scripting.
