Associate Product Manager, Strategic Accounts (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the New York, NY or San Francisco, CA office at least 3 days per week

Salary: $125,000–$140,000 base salary per year plus $10,000 variable compensation and equity eligibility

What you will do

• Support the Strategic Accounts product roadmap and contribute to feature definition and execution.
• Use AI tools to create first-pass prototypes and product specifications.
• Work with Customer Success and Implementation teams on customer conversations and discovery.
• Build expertise in hirify.global’s product and the commercial real estate investment domain.
• Develop greater ownership of prioritization, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in a Product Manager role.
• Comfort using AI tools to build products and awareness of their limitations.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a customer-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Coachable, low-ego approach and eagerness to learn from an experienced product team.
• Ability to work from the San Francisco or New York office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Background or interest in commercial real estate, private equity, alternative investments, investment banking, or management consulting.
• Familiarity with hirify.global or the commercial real estate investment space.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration software, data visualization, or analytics products.
