Location: Remote position associated with Chicago, Minneapolis, Southfield, Burlington, Irving, New York, Bellevue, Columbia, Bridgewater, and Atlanta

Salary: $82,082–$193,440 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution design and implementation across modules and business domains.
• Manage configuration, customization, and integrations for client-specific requirements.
• Oversee data migration and transformation activities.
• Align technical solutions with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best-practice delivery.
• Monitor project progress, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in Windchill PLM development, configuration, and project leadership.
• Deep expertise in PTC Windchill products, including PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, and QMS.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, and debugging tools.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill Bulk Migration, CAD integrations, and database design.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and remote-team management skills.
