Principal Solutions Architect

Location: Remote, US - Missouri

Base salary: $140,400–$213,900 annually, plus potential annual bonus or commission and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Advise enterprise clients on complex architecture and technology decisions.
• Connect integrations, data flow, security, and observability capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
• Position Pega within broader enterprise ecosystems and align solutions with client architecture and strategy.
• Lead technical and executive-level conversations, presentations, workshops, and solutioning during presales cycles.
• Support multiple industries, accounts, and opportunities while adapting technical depth to different audiences.
• Build expertise in enterprise architecture, Pega capabilities, and evolving industry trends.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, presales, or related technical roles.
• Experience with complex enterprise environments, large-scale systems, and integrations.
• Background spanning development, infrastructure, networking, and architecture.
• Ability to engage technical stakeholders and executive audiences and translate technical complexity into business outcomes.
• Experience participating in or leading technology evaluations, including RFPs and vendor selection.
• Strong understanding of data flow, integration, security, and system interoperability.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
