Senior Stibo MDM Solution Architect

Location: Chicago, Illinois, or St. Louis, Missouri; remote work is also available.

Salary: $91,000–$224,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Stibo STEP Product MDM implementations and solution delivery.
• Design data models, product hierarchies, classifications, workflows, and business rules.
• Define migration architecture, SKU migration, reconciliation, validation, data quality, stewardship, and golden record management.
• Design and govern complex integrations, including Boomi architecture, APIs, event-driven and batch interfaces, and source-to-target mappings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, executives, and downstream system owners to align MDM solutions with business objectives.
• Oversee integration error handling, observability, security, role design, and enterprise solution governance.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience delivering Stibo STEP Product MDM and other domain data solutions.
• Strong experience with Product MDM architecture patterns, data governance, data quality, migration, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Salsify, Centric and Teamcenter PLMs, IBP, GS1, and downstream consuming systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into enforceable data standards and architectural patterns.
• Strong communication skills with executives and business stakeholders, including the ability to explain technical subjects in business terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts or Science required.
