DevOps Lead (Cloud)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $119,015–$160,000 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Define and drive enterprise DevOps strategy, standards, and best practices across engineering teams.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-native architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines and lead Infrastructure as Code adoption across delivery platforms.
• Design and manage Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm-based containerized environments.
• Implement DevSecOps, observability, automation, disaster recovery, high availability, and performance optimization.
• Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives while mentoring DevOps engineers and collaborating with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in cloud computing, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, automation, security, and platform engineering.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and related cloud-native architecture patterns.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Ability to work in or be based in New York, United States.
