Senior Azure DevOps & Cloud Platform Engineer (Azure/AWS)

What you will do

• Evolve and operate the enterprise Azure DevOps platform and related cloud engineering capabilities.
• Design and support Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and AWS CloudFormation.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application, infrastructure, and integration deployments, including quality gates and automated validations.
• Support Azure and AWS cloud services, cloud-native deployment patterns, and hybrid-cloud or multi-cloud integrations.
• Implement DevSecOps controls, security scanning, vulnerability assessments, and compliance automation.
• Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, reliability, troubleshooting, and production support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, platform engineering, SRE, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on Azure DevOps administration and implementation experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience supporting Azure cloud services, cloud-native applications, Infrastructure as Code, and automation frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and cross-team ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Production AWS experience, including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with DevSecOps programs, security automation, and enterprise application modernization.
• Insurance or financial services industry experience.
• Azure or AWS certifications.
• Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, or self-service cloud capabilities.
