AI Powered SDLC Architect

Location: Hybrid role based in the Seattle Area, Everett/Bellevue, Washington, United States

Salary: $88,544–$207,401 per year

What you will do

• Architect and operate an AI-powered software factory for a Siemens Teamcenter PLM modernization.
• Design a modern DevSecOps and CI/CD pipeline with an agent-ready delivery toolchain.
• Define productivity and quality metrics for AI-accelerated software delivery.
• Integrate the software factory with Teamcenter customization and extension delivery.
• Establish responsible-AI governance and advise client and program leadership on AI-powered SDLC strategy.
• Enable onshore-offshore squads through shared standards and tooling, while mentoring technical leads.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering or delivery architecture.
• Proven experience with AI-accelerated software development lifecycles.
• Experience designing agent-ready pipelines and responsible-AI governance.
• Experience enabling onshore-offshore engineering squads.
• Working knowledge of PLM and Siemens Teamcenter customization delivery.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and infrastructure as code is preferred.

• Advisory and pre-sales experience.
• Experience with agentic development frameworks and MCP-based tooling.
