AI Lead

Location: Hybrid role based in Santa Clara, California, with 4 days onsite each week

Salary: $82,082–$193,440 per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions.
• Design scalable data models, pipelines, platforms, data quality processes, and analytics solutions for structured and unstructured data.
• Develop GenAI and LLM use cases, including RAG, AI agents, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
• Translate business problems into data products, AI solutions, and technical roadmaps.
• Establish standards for data governance, observability, security, performance, and engineering quality.
• Lead architecture reviews, technical decisions, stakeholder communication, and mentoring for data and AI engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or data platforms with strong technical leadership experience.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, ETL/ELT, distributed data processing, Spark, and large-scale data architecture.
• Strong experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure; GCP is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, conversational AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, and GenAI application development.
• Knowledge of the ML/AI lifecycle, model integration, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Experience leading complex programs involving multiple engineering and business stakeholders, with strong communication skills.

• Business operations and insights experience in workforce management, software asset management, supply chain, financials, budgeting, or forecasting.
