Senior Implementation Benefits Workforce Technologist (UKG Ready Benefits)

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live for client benefit plans in UKG Ready.
• Build plan structures, eligibility rules, rate tables, and carrier connections.
• Own client-facing consulting and configuration work throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Translate benefits requirements into system configuration and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently in a remote, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on UKG Ready Benefits configuration experience.
• Experience with full-cycle benefits implementations, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and go-live.
• Working knowledge of open enrollment, life events, COBRA, ACA reporting, and carrier connections.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication, documentation, and project organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements.

Nice to have

• UKG Ready Benefits certification.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or another regulated, multi-site industry.
• Familiarity with payroll/HRIS integrations and carrier connection setup.
• Experience at an HCM software company, HR consulting firm, or benefits brokerage.
