Senior Consultant, Sage Intacct Implementation - Construction/CRE

What you will do

• Manage multiple Sage Intacct implementation projects for construction and commercial real estate customers, delivering on time, on budget, and within scope.
• Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including consultation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration.
• Configure Sage Intacct advanced modules and CRE functionality based on customer processes and industry best practices.
• Design industry-specific KPIs, reports, dashboards, process flows, and business management solutions.
• Provide technical support, resolve project issues, and serve as an escalation point for customers and engagement teams.
• Coach and mentor implementation resources and collaborate with Professional Services, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Business, or MIS, with an understanding of accounting terminology.
• At least three years of experience consulting on and implementing Sage Intacct.
• Construction-industry knowledge gained through operational or accounting experience, including relevant construction micro-verticals.
• End-to-end software delivery lifecycle experience using a process-based methodology, or experience as an end user involved in a software implementation or upgrade.
• Strong project management, leadership, communication, relationship-building, organizational, analytical, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Sage Intacct Certified Implementation Consultant or Sage Intacct Construction Certified Implementation Consultant certification.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros.
• Microsoft Suite skills.
