Senior Implementation Consultant (Sage Intacct)

Location: Remote (United States)

Base salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead complex Sage Intacct implementations across multiple modules, entities, locations, and business units from discovery through go-live and transition to support.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions and translate business needs into solution designs, configuration plans, workflows, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Configure Sage Intacct Core Financials and related modules, including complex multi-entity environments, reporting, dashboards, security, and workflows.
• Lead testing, validation, client training, change management, go-live readiness, and post-go-live activities.
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, risks, dependencies, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations in partnership with project managers and technical resources.
• Support pre-sales, client expansion, consultant mentoring, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of implementation methods and tools.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of ERP implementation or technology consulting experience, including significant client-facing responsibility and full implementation leadership.
• Successful leadership of at least ten complete Sage Intacct Core implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Subject-matter expertise in Sage Intacct Core Financials, complex multi-entity configuration, multiple modules, reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and operational processes, including general ledger, payables, receivables, cash management, consolidations, budgeting, reporting, workflows, and data migration.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, solution design, project scope, risk management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management.
• Ability to communicate with executive, financial, operational, and technical stakeholders, mentor consultants, lead cross-functional teams, and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Sage Intacct certification.
• Experience with Sage Intacct Marketplace solutions, business intelligence tools, integrations, or advanced reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is considered.
