Senior HCM Functional Consultant (UKG Pro)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 40% as needed for client work.

Salary: $130,000–$145,000 base salary annually, with bonus potential.

What you will do

• Lead UKG Pro implementations from discovery through go-live and support post-live projects.
• Partner with clients to define needs, build trust, and recommend effective UKG Pro solutions.
• Analyze, document, test, and modify UKG Pro systems according to functional and client design specifications.
• Manage and mentor a small team of consultants, including supporting onboarding and peer development.
• Lead day-to-day project and operational activities, including timekeeping and management of a book of business.
• Maintain project quality, timelines, budgets, client expectations, and target utilization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HRIS consulting experience.
• Expertise in UKG Pro configuration and optimization.
• Ability to work fully remotely within the United States and travel up to 40% for client work.
• Strong functional design, consulting, communication, relationship-building, and client advisory skills.
• Ability to mentor Functional Consultants and lead project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
