HR Technology Senior Analyst, Workday Talent Management

Location: Maplewood, Minnesota, United States; on-site at least 4 days per week. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation may be authorized.

Salary: $145,676–$178,049 per year, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Design and configure Workday Talent Management solutions for performance, talent reviews, skills, goals, succession, and Talent Insights.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant, and user-focused system designs.
• Govern configuration, testing, documentation, audit controls, and deployment quality.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations, data flows, troubleshooting, and system performance.
• Evaluate Workday semiannual releases and implement process enhancements, automation, and error-reduction strategies.
• Lead workshops, design reviews, training, knowledge transfer, and collaboration with HR, IT, data privacy, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• At least five years of HR Technology experience.
• At least five years of Workday configuration experience specializing in Talent Management.
• Advanced expertise in Workday Performance, Talent, Goals, Skills, and Succession configuration.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Must work on-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, at least four days per week.

• Workday Pro certification.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts or technical team members.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with other talent systems, such as Fuel50.
