Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting

Location: Hybrid at 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, United States; requires working from the office at least four days per week

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare and deliver accurate ad hoc global and company-wide HR reports for stakeholders.
• Create, maintain, and enhance customized reports and dashboards using SAP HCM, Business Objects, Power BI, and related reporting environments.
• Gather reporting requirements, identify data gaps and quality issues, and translate business questions into actionable solutions.
• Support reporting-system design, testing, troubleshooting, security-role maintenance, and end-user queries.
• Support Snowflake configurations and uploads, as well as integrations across BW, SAP, and Power BI environments.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Comcast stakeholders while providing guidance on SAP and Business Warehouse reporting data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, psychology, or a related data-focused discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in data handling and SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse reporting tools.
• Experience supporting SAP Business Objects or related data warehouse systems, including troubleshooting and testing.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and data-quality assessment skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive employee data with discretion and commitment to privacy, accuracy, and ethical decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience with HR data systems, Power BI, and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of HR processes, practices, and organizational models.
• Python and SQL skills.
