Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week in San Diego, CA or Atlanta, GA; working hours are 8am–5pm PST or EST. U.S. work authorization is required.

Salary: $101,000–$151,000 per year, plus potential incentives.

What you will do

• Respond to stakeholder business inquiries with clear conclusions, assumptions, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain advanced, dynamic dashboards for self-service business reporting.
• Translate cross-functional business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Manipulate and analyze data using SQL, Python, R, and related tools.
• Create and manage reports and visualizations in Tableau, Domo, and Excel.
• Support data warehouse development and improve analytics approaches for business strategy.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of business intelligence experience.
• Expertise in SQL and experience with Tableau, Domo, or similar BI tools.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake or AWS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data storytelling skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; candidates requiring 1099 or C2C arrangements will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, sales analytics, or marketing analytics.
