What you will do

• Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret multidimensional data to identify trends and actionable business insights.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and provide recommendations supporting customer lifecycle management, go-to-market strategy, acquisitions, products, and channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Strategy, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Develop propensity and value models using third-party data, statistical methods, and machine learning algorithms.
• Design testing strategies, monitor performance across business units, and recommend operational improvements.
• Use AI tools, scripts, and agentic workflows to automate reporting, data preparation, anomaly detection, and executive summaries.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience analyzing large, multidimensional datasets and converting insights into recommendations.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Fluency in SQL and Excel; experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for analysis, summarization, or workflow automation.
• Ability to automate recurring reporting or data workflows using scripting, Python, low-code platforms, or AI agents.
• Strong communication, critical evaluation, prompt engineering, and data interpretation skills.

• Working knowledge of Python, low-code automation platforms, or AI agents.
• Experience building statistical models.
