What you will do

• Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret large, multidimensional datasets to identify trends and actionable insights.
• Develop analytical recommendations supporting customer lifecycle management, go-to-market strategy, acquisitions, products, channels, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Marketing, Strategy, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Design testing strategies, perform analytical deep-dives, and monitor performance across business units and channels.
• Integrate third-party data and develop machine learning algorithms for propensity and value models across products and geographies.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for exploratory analysis, anomaly detection, reporting automation, and executive summaries.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience analyzing large, multidimensional datasets and converting insights into recommendations.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Fluency in SQL and Excel; experience with Power BI and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot for analysis, summarization, or workflow automation.
• Knowledge of automating recurring reporting and data workflows with Python, low-code platforms, or AI agents.
• Strong communication, critical evaluation, prompt engineering, and data interpretation skills.
