Business Intelligence Consultant (Salesforce/Tableau/Snowflake)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work environment

Base salary: $88,000–$126,000 per year, plus eligibility for an incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee daily global sales reporting and financial analysis across MFS.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and reports using Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, and other business intelligence and CRM tools.
• Analyze sales, marketing, industry, and distribution data to support business planning and strategic decisions.
• Lead ad hoc sales and marketing analysis projects and present findings to management.
• Partner with Strategists, Management, Technology, and GIT teams to evaluate distribution strategies, resolve data inconsistencies, and implement reporting improvements.
• Support team members in developing their knowledge of sales tools and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5–6+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Snowflake.
• Advanced understanding of SQL or other query languages, plus database management and maintenance skills.
• Strong analytical, spreadsheet, communication, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
