Business Intelligence Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $66,800–$91,100 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for Service Fund and provider operations.
• Develop and optimize ETL pipelines using UDAP to consolidate data from multiple sources.
• Create reporting tools, reporting automation, ad hoc analyses, and data visualizations.
• Develop and maintain user acceptance testing data models using SQL, Python, and Databricks.
• Research data issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and improve data quality.
• Gather requirements and translate business use cases into technical solutions with business operations, IT, and provider relations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of data analysis experience and 3+ years of advanced experience developing complex SQL queries.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formatting.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, SQL, and business intelligence tools.
• Expertise in assessing complex datasets and performing root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business requirements interpretation skills.
• Ability to work remotely from within the United States and maintain a dedicated workspace that protects member PHI/HIPAA information.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global systems, especially Service Fund.
• Healthcare data or analytics experience.
• Power BI data visualization, data mining, and database or data system migration experience.
• Experience with SQL Server, Databricks, Cloud, and Power Platform.
