Field Marketing Manager, Asia (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote from Singapore; based in Singapore with approximately 20–25% travel across Asia

What you will do

• Develop and execute quarterly regional marketing plans across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam.
• Drive full-funnel demand generation, pipeline growth, and strategic account engagement through targeted campaigns.
• Deliver executive roundtables, hosted events, conferences, webinars, partner activations, digital marketing, and ABM programs.
• Partner with Sales, BDRs, Regional Directors, SEs, and Partnerships to align campaigns with territory and account strategies.
• Co-create joint campaigns with cloud, channel, and technology partners across Asia.
• Track pipeline contribution, engagement, ROI, and campaign performance to optimize and scale regional programs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within B2B technology.
• Experience developing and executing regional marketing programs across Asian markets.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across Sales, SDR/BDR, Partnerships, and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven experience with marketing metrics, attribution, and performance insights.
• Understanding of cloud-native, DevSecOps, or software supply chain security landscapes is highly desirable.
• Based in Singapore and willing to travel approximately 20–25% across the region.
