Field Marketing Specialist (ANZ)

Location: Remote in Australia; travel approximately 20–25% across the ANZ region is required.

What you will do

• Support demand-generation campaigns across digital marketing, events, and partner programs in Australia and New Zealand.
• Coordinate trade shows, customer meetups, webinars, and virtual experiences, including logistics, speaker preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
• Track leads from field programs, monitor pipeline influence, and coordinate follow-up with BDRs and Sales.
• Prepare sales enablement materials such as toolkits, event decks, one-pagers, and campaign updates.
• Coordinate regional paid programs, content syndication, agencies, vendors, and campaign deliverables.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and ROI using CRM and business intelligence tools.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology company, preferably in security, cloud-native, or developer tooling.
• Experience supporting field or regional marketing initiatives in the ANZ market.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Digital, Partner Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work remotely from Australia and travel approximately 20–25% across the region.
