Event Marketing Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: 100% remote, with a hybrid option for candidates living near the EMEA headquarters in Cork, Ireland. Travel to domestic and possibly international events may be required up to 20% of the time.

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing plans for corporate, channel, and demand generation events.
• Support global Williams Racing F1 sponsorship activations, ensuring brand alignment and a strong guest experience.
• Coordinate event materials with design teams and internal stakeholders.
• Manage event logistics, including vendors, budgets, booth design, and on-site coordination.
• Provide event marketing support for channel, MSP, public sector, and commercial sales teams.
• Maintain event lists and swag inventory while identifying opportunities to improve event strategy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a SaaS company.
• Experience leading large conferences, trade shows, and smaller-scale events.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder programmes and build cross-functional relationships.
• Strong communication, business acumen, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel domestically and possibly internationally up to 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity or organising events across the EMEA region.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Monday.com.
• Spanish, French, or German language skills.
