Head of Field Marketing (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote across North America; positions are also available in the San Francisco office.

What you will do

• Own the field marketing pipeline number and build the mix of events, ABM, executive programs, webinars, and partner co-marketing.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, attribution, and business reviews to measure program performance.
• Build territory plans with regional sales leaders and account directors to support account penetration and opportunity acceleration.
• Design major conference, regional roadshow, and executive gathering programs for security buyers.
• Develop partner and alliance programs around shared pipeline goals and calendars.
• Manage marketing spend by retiring underperforming programs and reinvesting in effective ones.

Requirements

• Experience leading field marketing for an enterprise-focused company and owning a measured pipeline number.
• Experience marketing to CISOs, SOC teams, security architects, or comparable technical enterprise audiences.
• Experience running partner and channel co-marketing with shared pipeline goals.
• Ability to build KPIs, attribution, dashboards, and post-program analysis.
• Experience managing and hiring field marketing teams.
• Fluency with CRM and marketing automation platforms, including hands-on data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling field marketing at a startup beyond its initial sales motion.
• Experience supporting regions outside the US.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity conference circuit.
• Interest in applying AI to marketing workflows.
