Engineering Manager, Rep Experience (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $225,400–$281,000 USD annually for most US locations; $259,200–$324,000 USD annually in San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle.

What you will do

• Lead the Rep Experience engineering team responsible for prospecting, account and contact records, task management, dashboards, and revenue workflows.
• Guide the transition from a sales execution tool to an intelligent system using account prioritization, task orchestration, and AI-driven recommendations.
• Set team goals, improve engineering and management processes, and maintain a culture of excellence, learning, and collaboration.
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, engineering leadership, and the GTM team to deliver reliable software for enterprise customers.
• Participate in sprint planning, software design, technical decisions, code reviews, sizing, estimation, and technical direction.
• Hire and mentor engineers while ensuring sustainable on-call coverage and contributing code when needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering industry experience.
• 3–5 years of people management experience, preferably leading senior engineers and managers.
• Strong technical leadership experience, including software architecture at scale, engineering processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Ruby and Python.
• Strong understanding of engineering systems, particularly data-related systems.
• Knowledge of data privacy and security fundamentals.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, MongoDB, SQL, and Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, or Looker.
• Experience in sales technology.
