Product Manager (AI)

Location: Antwerp, Flanders, Belgium. Workplace: Hybrid, with work from the Antwerp headquarters.

What you will do

• Lead product discovery by framing problems, facilitating workshops, interviewing users, and testing ideas with AI tools.
• Analyze client businesses, markets, competition, budgets, and opportunities to develop a clear product point of view.
• Own product strategy and roadmaps, balancing desirability, viability, feasibility, and business goals.
• Define outcomes and metrics, establish measurement approaches, and adjust product direction using post-launch data.
• Translate product direction into functional, visual, and technical specifications with product designers and solution architects.
• Coordinate designers, architects, and engineers while sharing knowledge and mentoring collaborators.

Requirements

• Experience turning unclear briefs into clear product opportunities and distinguishing real problems from symptoms.
• Strong product fundamentals from both customer and technical perspectives, with a curiosity-driven approach.
• Ability to define measurable outcomes, own business cases, and evaluate results after launch.
• Ability to align clients and stakeholders around a direction through clear communication.
• Experience working closely with designers, architects, and engineers as a cross-functional partner.
• Fluent Dutch and English; comfortable working openly and closely with clients.

Nice to have

• Practical experience using AI tools as part of product discovery, prototyping, and analysis.
• Experience sharing frameworks, methods, and knowledge through mentoring or collaboration.
