Manager, Pre-Sales & Professional Services (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States, with an East Coast focus. Applicants must be legally authorized to reside and work in the United States; international relocation and remote work outside the hiring country are not considered.

Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year. OTE: up to $250,000.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and retain Professional Services Consultants, Solution Architects, and Pre-Sales Engineers.
• Drive revenue, bookings, customer retention, adoption, and growth for Credential Management solutions.
• Direct implementation, integration, migration, training, consulting, architecture review, and solution validation services.
• Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing on strategic customer engagements.
• Lead executive briefings, demonstrations, architectural workshops, proof-of-concept validations, and complex escalations.
• Establish scalable governance, delivery methodologies, quality standards, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across North America.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, identity and access management, enterprise software, or security technology.
• 5+ years leading customer-facing technical teams in cybersecurity, identity management, enterprise software, or related domains.
• Experience leading Professional Services, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Pre-Sales Engineering teams.
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management, PKI, credential management, physical access control, MFA, cloud security, digital certificates, enterprise integrations, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft Security, CIAM, PKI, or Digital Identity.
• Experience with large-scale identity, cybersecurity, or credential management deployments in regulated industries.
