Principal Technical Consultant (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery and serve as the design authority for hirify.global solutions throughout implementation.
• Gather technical requirements, lead data-mapping and design workshops, and define solution architecture.
• Manage design and configuration issues in JIRA, plan sprints, assign tasks, and mentor Solution Engineers.
• Provide technical administration training, support client change management, and guide clients toward industry-leading practices.
• Maintain implementation and training collateral and collaborate with Engagement Managers, Principal Consultants, Product, Support, Customer Success, and Professional Services.
• Support sales scoping for new and existing clients and help improve products, integrations, and implementation practices.

Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in technical implementation leadership within SaaS Professional Services.
• Proficiency in SOAP and REST web services, SQL, and Boomi platform integration services.
• Experience leading business process reviews, design reviews, iterative development, and client change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global products.
• Legal, financial, or professional services experience, including new business intake, conflicts, time capture, or ethical walls.
• Experience with integration development, automation, master data management, enterprise systems, cloud/SaaS environments, and JIRA.
• Software development knowledge covering logic, patterns, and algorithms.
